I have been cooking for as long as I remember. I grew up around women that took great pride in their meals and cooked everything from scratch and taste! Growing up I didn’t learn how to cook from a recipe I relied on what I thought tasted good. Growing up in a single-parent home, cooking started out as one of my many chores but became a very important aspect of my life. I’m a city girl with country values and those influences are what make my dishes unique. I love mixing different flavors to create something different and unique. My food will take you on a culinary rollercoaster with layers of flavor and different cultural influences.

I get overjoyed seeing people’s reactions to my dishes. Knowing that I was able to make someone’s event special is the most gratifying feeling for me. My hope is to always exceed my client’s expectations with my food presentation and taste. After all, we eat with our eyes first right?
